摘要
根据虹吸刮刀卸料离心机的操作特点 ,采用专用控制模块和计算机软件集成的方法 ,提出了基于标准个人计算机 (PC)的虹吸离心机自动控制系统 ,内容包括温度传感器的选择、控制模块的选取、数据采集方案的制定、集成软件的设计等。该系统的计算机与控制模块间的信息传递是数字式的 ,可作为过程控制系统的物理层与高层管理计算机实现网络通讯 ,成为现场总线控制系统的一个组成部分。
A computer integrated control system of a rotation siphon (RS) centrifuge based on personal computer (PC) was developed, which was composed of several special control modules and could meet the control requirement of the operation of a RS centrifuge. In this work, sensors and control modules were selected, a data acquisition plan was put forward, and the softwara about this computer integrated control system was programmed.
