摘要
介绍在调试过程中对采用负序阻抗方向元件的保护装置进行特性测试时应注意的问题，以ＳＥＬ３２１的相间距离保护为例，分析了距离保护静态动作特性及动态动作特性与测试方法及两者之间的关系。
This paper describes the problems needing attention in testing the characteristics of protective relays using negative sequence directional elements during commissioning.Taking SEL 321 inter phase distance protective element as an example,the relationship between the static and the dynamic characteristics and their relation with the testing methods are analyzed.
