摘要
目的 寻找降低术后糖代谢异常的有效方法。方法 随机分组 ,通过对实验组术前连续输糖 ,观察实验组和对照组术前和术后糖耐量及胰岛素的变化。结果 两组术后血糖明显高于术前 ,实验组术后血糖低于对照组 ,对照组胰岛素术后低于术前 ,实验组术后胰岛素高于术前和对照组。结论 术前连续输糖有利于降低术后血糖 ,提高糖利用率。
Objective To find an effective method of decreasing the abnormality of postoperative carbohydrate metabolism. Method Groups were randomly divided. The experimental group was continuously infused with sugar fluid before operation and the glucose toterance and insulin changes of the experimental and control groups were observed before and after operation. Result The blood sugar of the two groups was obvious higher after operation than before operation. In the experimental group the blood sugar was lower than than in the control group after operation. In the control group the insulin was lower after operation than before operation. In the experimental group the insulin was higher after operation than before operation and higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Preoperative continuous glucose infusion is helpful to decreasing the blood sugar after operation and making use of glucose.
