Bak基因研究进展
摘要
Bak基因是从EBV传染的人类B细胞文库中克隆获得的一种基因 ,它可以调节细胞凋亡 ,是Bcl-2家族的一员 ,编码区含有Bcl-2高度同源的BH1、BH2及BH3结构域 ,该区是Bak与Bcl-2、Bcl-xl结合形成二聚体调节细胞凋亡的主要结构基础。
