摘要
目的 :评价中药平哮合剂抗哮喘的效应。方法 :通过对实验哮喘豚鼠的气道高反应性、白介素 - 2 R及白介素 - 5水平测定等探讨平哮合剂治疗哮喘的作用机制。结果 :平哮合剂在降低气道高反应性对照中 ,明显优于造模组 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与定喘止咳片组取得了相当的疗效 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;而在细胞因子的测定中 ,平哮合剂同样降低了哮喘发病机制中重要的炎性介质白介素 - 2 R(95 %可信区间为 44 .872～ 76 .30 7u/m l)及白介素 - 5 (95 %可信区间为 2 2 .773～ 2 8.2 70 pg/l)的水平。结论 :平哮合剂是一种有效的抗哮喘药物 。
Objective:To estimate the effect of TCM Pingxiao Mixture(PM)on asthma.Method:To explore the mechanism of PM on asthma with determination of high airway reactivity IL 2R,IL 5 of guinea pig.Result:The difference between the PM group and the control group in airway reactivity lowering is significant(P<0 01) The effect between PM and Dingchuan Zhike Tablet(定喘止咳片) was also equivalent in treatment(P>0 05).The level of IL 2R and IL 5 were also lowered,the 95% confidence interval was respectively 44.872～76.307 u/ml and 22.773%～28.270 pg/l.Conclusion:PM was effective drug of anti asthma.It suggested the method of expelling the wind to treat sathma.
