摘要
自1998年起,在国家高技术研究计划(863计划)的支持下,对于我国钢铁、水泥、铝、陶瓷、建筑涂料等几种典型材料的环境协调性评价(MLCA)研究正式启动。目前已取得重要进展:探索了符合我国国情的材料环境负荷指标表征和计算方法;对典型材料进行了基础数据调研、汇总计算和 MLCA 评价;初步建立起我国 MLCA 数据库,并开发了材料环境协调性评估软件。主要介绍该项计划所取得的主要成就,并对今后国内 MLCA 研究提出了建议。
In 1998,supported by the National High-tech.Program-863 Projects,the study of some typical materials,such as metals,cement,aluminium,ceramics,plastics and construction coating,was initiated.Thus far significant advances have been achieved.The quantitative MLCA methodologies for China,including the description and evalution of environmental load,have been explored.The collection of basic data,the computation of the inventory table and the environment assessment of the typical materials have been completed.The MLCA database for China and the relevant MLCA software have been developed.In this paper,the main achievements are introduced.Some sug- gestions on MLCA study in China are put forward.
