摘要
发展中国家及IFC的成功实践经验表明 ,金融租赁是一种合适的、财务上非常成功的中小企业融资方式 ,为中小企业外源融资提供金融支持应成为金融租赁的市场定位。在我国 ,一方面中小企业面临外源融资难的困境 ,另一方面金融租赁业“贪大求洋 ,盲目发展” ,忽视对中小企业的金融支持 ,最终因市场定位错误而陷入经营困境。本文通过对发展中国家及IFC的实践经验进行考察 ,分析了金融租赁对发展中国家中小企业的金融支持优势 ,对我国金融租赁业正确的市场定位进行了探讨和思考。
With the aid of IFC,the finance leasing industry of the developing countries has achieved rapid progress successfully,which proved that finance leasing is a very important or sole way to help push investment of medium-sized and small-sized enterprises.Compared with other credit forms,the finance leasing has special superiority,which is suitable for the medium-sized and small-sized enterprises to invest.Chinese medium-sized and small-sized enterpises also face the finance environment as that of other developing countries.Chinese finance leasing industry should change market target,put emphasis on the midium-sized and small-sized enterprises and make the finance leasing the best mode of exterior finance to medium-sized and small-sized enterprise.
