摘要
本文区分了“投资”和“投机”这两个基本概念 ,剖析了我国股市的投机性的根源 ,并从体制转轨这一角度解释了我国股市的投机性 ,提出了相应的政策建议。
The paper tells the difference between'investment'and'speculation',analyzes the institutional reason of speculation phenomenon in stock market,and bring forward some suggestion.
