摘要
研究了碱浓度对糠醛歧化反应中醇收率的影响 ,得出了最佳碱浓度 ,并将收率由 6 5 %提高到 75 9% .采用固体催化剂氧化亚锡催化合成乙酸呋喃甲酯 ,分析了催化剂用量、反应温度、醇酸比对酯收率的影响 ,得出最佳反应条件 ,酯收率为 80 9% .
This paper studied the influence of alcohol yield caused by alkoli consistence in furfural cannizzaro reaction,finally got the most accurate alkali consistence as 33% and increased the alcohol yield from 65.5% to 75.9%.By using solid catalyst stannous oxide esterification we synthesized furfurl acetate and studied the influence of ester yield caused by alcohol/acid mole ratio,the quantity of catalyst.Finally we got the best reaction condition in which ester yield was 80.9%.
