摘要
通过对 2所普通高校 95、96、97、98级大学生体育骨干 1 997～ 2 0 0 0年培养的实验研究 ,提出了大学生足球裁判员成长的一般规律及应建立的培训、管理、评价制度 ,为学校制定培训计划提供了参考依据 .
By means of research into the experiments of training sports activists in Grades 95, 96, 97and 98 in two universities from the year of 1997 to 2000, the paper puts forward a general law for the development of college student football referees and establishing regulations required for training, management and assessment. Thus the paper provides referring judgements for the future training plans.
