摘要
常州市地面沉降已对水利工程、生态环境、交通、市政建设等造成了极大危害，其沉降原因主要是过量开采地下水所致，因此加强地下水资源管理是控制常州市地面沉降的主要手段。
Surface subsidence of changzhou city has seriously harmed water conservancy engineering、ecological environment、communication、municipal construction, and so on. The reason of subsidence is because of over exploitation on ground water. So that main means to control surface subsidence of changzhou city is enhance to the management of ground water resources.
