摘要
在厂内和现场分别开展了用Y系列电机改装的蓄能器与高转差电机拖动抽油机的对比试验。试验表明 ,在Y系列电机上加可分离的飞轮后启动能力增强 ,相同工况下比高转差电机耗能少 ,相同拖动能力下比高转差电机功率低、价格低。但还应减轻质量、便于更换电机 ;改进结构、实现自动离合。
The contrasting between power saving accumulator and high slip motor is underway on beam pumping unit for factory and scene.Testing show that starting capability heighten and consuming reduce on same condition and price and power low high slip motor on same driving capability.But weight is shall reduce for change motor.Improve strcture for realizing auto separate and auto combine.
