金属喷焊层代替有机防腐涂层耐蚀性的研究

摘要 研究了腐蚀介质状态和合金成分对金属合金喷焊层耐蚀性的影响规律。结果表明 ,喷焊层中铁含量的增加对耐蚀性有不利的影响。铬含量对材料的抗点蚀性影响较大 ;在喷焊材料中加入一定量的钼、铜元素 ,有利于提高材料的抗点蚀性。在动态介质中 ,各种材料的腐蚀速度提高 5~ 15倍。静态与动态试验所得出的材料耐蚀性次序不同 ,静态试验主要反映材料的热力学稳定性 。 The influence resulting from the change of medium states and alloying composition on the corrosion resistance of spray welding layers are studied.The result shows that the amount of Fe incerases in the spray welding layers,the corrosion resistance would be reduced.The Cr content has greater effect on the pit corrosion resistance.Some content of Mo,Cu on the spraying material has benefit effect on the pit corrosion resistance.The corrosion rate of materials in dynamic state is 5 to 15 times higher than that in static state.The corrosion resistance of spray welding layers are different.Static state test reflects mainly the thermodynamics stability of materials.Dynamic state test reflects mainly the dynamics stability of materials.
