摘要
尾管固井技术由于其巨大的经济效益得到了日益广泛的应用 ,研制实施尾管固井的尾管悬挂器成为一项迫切的任务。通过对液缸、活塞一体式液压尾管悬挂器结构的剖析、比较 ,阐述这种悬挂器结构的先进性与合理性 ;并通过地面台架试验与入井试验 ,验证了各种设计指标均取得成功 。
Because of tremendous and potential economic profit,the liner cementing technology is adopted widely.So the reliable and convenient liner-hanger development is the critical factor to the successful cementing operation.With the detailed comparison and analysis,this text describes the advantage and reasonability of the liner-hanger without piston.The experiment on the floor and the application in the field testify that this product reaches the design requirement and is a reliable and effective cementing tool.
