摘要
市场结构和绩效分别说明经济运行的环境和成果,是产业组织研究的核心内容。结构与绩效之间的相互作用为我们考察某一产业市场结构与绩效之间的关系,并进而把握该行业产业组织状况、制定相应的产业政策提供了依据。本文的目的在于对我国汽车工业90年代以来市场结构与绩效的关系进行实证分析和理论解释,并在此基础上提出政策建议。
Market structure and performance states respectively the environment and the result of the economic operation, it is the major contents for study conducted by organizations. The interaction between structure and performance is the basis for surveying the relationship between a certain industrial market structure and performance, mastering the organizational status and settting up relevant policies. On the basis of case study and theoretical explanation of the relationship between market structure and performance, this paper presents suggestions on the related policies.
