摘要
以 40 0mg/kg剂量的唾液腺提取物饲喂小鼠 45d ,研究唾液腺提取物对小鼠免疫调节作用及SOD活性的影响 .结果表明 :唾液腺提取物能显著提高小鼠细胞免疫功能和巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,并能显著提高红细胞SOD活性和降低血清LPO含量 .
This paper was designed to study the effects of salivary gland extract(SGE) on immunoregulatory function and SOD activity of mice, by feeding SGE at a dosage of 400mg/kg for 45 days. The results showed that the SGE can remarkable increased the cellular immunity function and the phagocytosis of macrophage function, and it also can remarkable advanced the SOD activity of erythrocyte and reduced the LPO content of blood serum in mice.
