摘要
研制了 WB- 1型汽车发动机防冻液 ,讨论了缓蚀剂的选择与复配关系及稳定剂和添加剂的选用 ,确定了乙二醇型防冻液的组成 ,并对防冻液的各项性能进行了测试 .结果表明 ,WB- 1型防冻液各项技术指标均达到美国 ASTM D330 6- 94标准 .
The preparing process of a new anti icing fluid (coolant) for engine of automobile is presented.The selection of corrosive inhibitor,stabilizer and other additives,and the complex relations between them are discussed in details.Thus the composition of one kind of ethylene glycol base engine coolant are ascertained.Furthermore,the chemical and physical properties,and the performance properties of WB 1 coolant are determined according to the standard of ASTM D3306 94.The results meet the requirements on all the technical targets.
