摘要
时代变化和社会发展给大学班级工作带来新的问题和挑战 ,要使班级工作适应时代的变化和社会的发展 ,关键在于不断提高班主任的素质修养。大学班主任提高自身的素质修养应着重在刻苦钻研、掌握大学班级工作的基本知识和技能 ;突出重点、把握大学班级思想政治教育的原则和方法 ;潜心研究。
The changes of times and social development have brought another problems and challenges to college class work.For the adaptation to the times and society,it is vifal to improve the quality cultivation of teacher in charge of class.To reach the aim,college teacher in charge of class should focus on the three aspects:serious study and grasping the basic knowledge and strategies of college class work,highlighting the key points and learning the principles and ways of college class ideological teaching,and research with great concentration and probing into the regulations and ways of healthy psychology teaching of college class.
