当代管理学科有两个领域值得人们注意。一是跨国公司的多文化管理问题 ;二是适应新经济的组织变革与创新。有 7国参加的跨国公司经营博弈模拟研究 (INTOP)说明 ,平等、开放的多功能型团队等有机式组织是促进信息沟通、有利于合作和激发创新的有效结构。
There are two fields drawing people's attention in modern management:transnational corporations' multi cultural management and organizational reform and innovation to fit the era of the new economy. It has been well testified by the International Operation Program (INTOP)simulation that open and equal working groups and other organic organizations are good for information communication, mutual cooperation and innovation stimulation. It is of special importance for enterprises in this country just before their entry to WTO.
