摘要
知识产权具有专有性、地域性、非可控性和分享性等特点。为了鼓励发明创新 ,推动科技进步 ,加强知识产权保护已成为世界性的潮流。但在知识产权的国际保护方面仍存在不少问题 ,对此 ,各国在立法上出现了一些新动向。我国即将加入世界贸易组织 ,意味着将面对新的国际经济准则 ,为此 ,必须采取一系列措施来加强对知识产权的保护 ,既与国际接轨又促使本国科技实力不断提高。
Intellectual property rights have the characteristics of proprietorship,regionalism,non controllabilities and share functions.In order to encourage invention and innovation,promote scientific and technological development,it becomes a world trend to enforce the protection of intellectual property rights.But there are still some problems in the field of international protection of intellectual property rights.Therefore,there are some new tendencies in legislations in every country.China will enter WTO,which means China will face new international and economic norms.So a series of measures should be taken to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,to follow the international conventions as well as to improve our countrys strengths in science and technology.
