摘要
以矮化鲜食枣优良品种梨枣为试材,研究了适宜其组培快繁技术的条件。试验结果表明,冬季休眠和夏季生长的1年生枣头枝均可作为外植体材料;通过改进外植体杀菌处理方法,可降低褐化率和提高成活率。试验同时筛选出适宜的启动培养基为:MS+0.SBA+0.11BA(顶芽茎段)和 M+2.0BA+0.1IBA(腋芽茎段);最佳分化和生根培养基分别为:MS+2.0BA+0.1NAA、1/2MS+1.0IBA十0.05IAA+0.1NAA。
This paper studied on the appropriate factors in tissue culture for rapid propagation of the best jujube variety (Z. jujube Mill. Var. inermis Rehd.) 桳izao. The results show that the best mediums for initial, proliferous and rooting culture are MS + 0.5BA + 0.1 IBA (Topbud stemstick)、 MS + 2.0BA + O.lffiA (Budding stemstick), MS + 2.0BA + 0.1NAA, 1/2MS + l.OIBA + 0.05IAA + 0.1NAA respectively, and show that brown death rate of plant is reduced and percent of live tissue is raisedby improving the method of disinfecting bacterium. In addition, other valuable results have been obtained.
