摘要
采用NCII遗传交配设计,对黄早4及其9个改良系单株粒重等8个数量性状配合力进行研究。结果表明,所测性状配合力在黄改系间存在极显著差异。其中,昌7-2、京404的单株粒重GCA极显著高于黄早4,测试的大部分性状对F1有利,是较理想的黄改系。研究结果还表明,黄改系与Reid类群自交系,lancasler类群自交系之间杂种优势强,与旅大红骨、亚热带类群自交系之问杂种优势较弱。
Using NCII design, some improved inbred lines of Huangzao 4 were tested for 8 characters in 2000. The result showed that there were significant differences among estimation of combining ability of the inbred lines. The estimates of GCA for grain weight per plant of Chang 7-2 and Jing 404 were significantly higher than that of Huang zao 4 . The estimates of GCA for most characters were benefit to Fl hetersis. They are ideal improved inbred lines of Huangzao 4. There were higher heterozygosis between Huangzao 4 group and Reid or lancaster group, there were lower heterozygosis between Huangzao 4 group and Llldahonggu or Yare group.
