摘要
利用扫描电镜观察 ,首次发现高粱属 4种植物的颖片表面分布有一种特殊结构物。这种结构物的顶面观呈哑铃形或“8”字型。分布在颖片表面中部的这种特殊结构物与颖片表面其它部位的相比较 ,体积大、数量少、密度小。不同植株 ,结构物的形状略有变化。进一步观察发现 。
Special structures distributed on the surface of the glumes of four Sorghum spp.plants were observed for the first time by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).The tops of structures assume dumbbell form or '8' shape.The structures distributed on the middle part of glume surface are of bigger size and lower density compared to those on the other parts.In addition,the edge of structure is a little tilted.
