摘要
于同一试验园中 ,在葡萄霜霉病盛发期 ( 7～ 8月份 ) ,对 7个欧亚种葡萄品种的抗病性进行了田间自然鉴定、室内离体叶圆片接种鉴定及同期叶片的叶绿素含量测定。结果表明 ,梅鹿特、爱格丽为重感品种 ;品丽珠、880 3、880 2为中感品种 ;880 4、色拉为轻感品种 。
In the most serious occurrence period of Plasmopara viticola (from July to August)and in the same vineyard,evaluation of resistance of 7 Asian and European grape varieties to Plasmopara viticola were done in case of natural infection in field and artificial inoculation on leaf discs in lab. In the meantime,chlorophyll contents in leaves were also determined.The results showed that the susceptibilities of Merlot and Ecolly to Plasmopara viticola are the highest;8804 and Syrah are slightly susceptible;Cabernet Franc,8803 and 8802 are moderately susceptible.And the chlorophyll contents of different varieties have significantly positive correlation with corresponding disease indexes.
