摘要
采用PCR RFLPs法对上海市农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所试验猪场的皮特兰猪进行氟烷基因检测 ,结果表明 ,在 4 0头皮特兰猪中 ,检测到具有NN氟烷基因型的猪 1头 ,具有Nn基因型的 9头 ,其余的为nn型 ,试验结果提示 ,采用此法对皮特兰猪的氟烷基因进行检测不但可行 。
The halothane gene of Pietrain pigs in the experimental pig farm of SAAS was tested by PCR RFLPs testing method. The results showed that among 40 test pigs there were 9 pigs with Nn genotype, 1 pig with NN genotype, and 30 pigs with nn genotype, and so implied that this method is available to test the halothane genotype of Pietrain pigs and according to the testing results,the selection and breeding of Pietrain pig population with non halothane allogene can be implemented.
