本文对信息企业与传统工业企业的特点进行了系统探讨 ,阐述了信息企业对人力资源的管理不同于工业企业 。
Information enterprises differ from traditional ones in terms of characteristics, of which information enterprises adopt different methods to manage manpower,and they manage and promote manpower according to their own characteristics. The way of promoting varies from property, knowledge and time.
