摘要
文章在提出人力资源整合的概念和目标的基础上 ,运用实证分析方法 ,研究人力资源整合策略的来源和生成途径 。
At the basis of putting forward the conception and goal of Human Resource Integration, the article researches, by means of positive analysis, the sources of the strategies of Human Resource Integration and the ways that they are formed. Through qualitative as well as quantitative analysis, the article puts forward the strategies of Human Resource Integration.
