摘要
目的 通过分析颌骨牙源性囊性病变的CT表现 ,提高对颌骨牙源性囊性病变的CT诊断水平。材料与方法 回顾分析2 5例 2 8个经病理证实的颌骨牙源性囊性病变的CT表现 ,观察病变的形态和结构特征。结果 病变包括造釉细胞瘤 9例 ,牙源性钙化囊肿 1例 ,牙源性角化囊肿 7例 10个病灶 ,非角化囊肿 8例。造釉细胞瘤常为多房或单房分叶状 ,均伴邻近结构侵犯 ;角化囊肿以单房分叶状为主 ,侵袭性不如造釉细胞瘤 ,囊内密度常不均 ;非角化囊肿常为类圆形 ,无侵袭性 ,囊内密度均一。结论 CT平扫对于显示病变的形态、结构特征优于传统X线检查 ,通过病变的形态特征可对大部分病变作出鉴别诊断。由于CT对囊内容物的显示缺乏特异性 。
Objective To improve CT diagnostic accuracy of odontogenic cystic lesions by analyzing their CT manifestations.Materials and Methods CT features of 28 odontogenic cystic jaw lesions in 25 patients were retrospectively studied, and the configuration and structure of the lesions were observed.Results The lesions included ameloblastomas (n=9), calcifying odontogenic cyst (n=1) odontogenic keratocyst (n=10) and non-keratocyst (n=8). Ameloblastomas were usually multilocular or lobulated with adjacent bone erosion. Most of keratocysts displayed unilocular and lobulated in shape, their aggressive nature was less obvious than that of ameloblastoma. Almost all non-keratocysts were unilocular and round, and non-aggressive.Conclusion Plain CT scan is superior to traditional radiography in demonstrating the contour and inside structure of the odontogenic cystic jaw lesions. The morphological features are very helpful in making differential diagnosis for most lesions.
