摘要
随着 2 1世纪信息化社会的到来 ,以计算机网络为核心的网络环境对图书馆的服务工作带来了千载难逢的机遇和挑战。本文探讨了网络信息资源的特点 ,网络环境对图书馆服务工作的影响和网络环境下图书馆服务工作的变革。指出只有更新观念 ,强化情报信息服务意识 ;拓展业务范围 ,扩大服务领域 ;开发网络资源 ,弥补馆藏不足 ;更新服务手段 ,开展网络信息服务 ;加强人才培养 ,提高工作人员的综合素质 ,图书馆才能在 2
The article analysised the characteristics of network information resources,the influence of the Network Environment to the information service work of library,and the reformation of library service under Network Environment.Pointing out that renewing service notion,strengthening consciousness of information service,enlarging service range,exploiting network resources to fill insufficient collecting books,changing service means,developing network information service,improving worker’s specialized quality are the foundation of library information service in 21 century.
