摘要
目的 通过与麻黄碱作对比 ,研究伪麻黄碱的中枢可能作用。方法 采用行为药理学实验法观察麻黄碱及伪麻黄碱对小鼠活动、戊巴比妥钠催眠作用及戊四氮和士的宁惊厥作用的影响。结果 腹腔注射麻黄碱 2 0、4 0、80mg·kg- 1后 ,小鼠外观活动表现兴奋 ,但不能够显著增加小鼠自主活动数 ,而腹腔注射同剂量伪麻黄碱对小鼠的自主活动均表现为抑制作用 ,其抑制率分别为 75 9%、73 4 %和 86 5% ,麻黄碱及伪麻黄碱 80mg·kg- 1对戊巴比妥钠催眠作用则表现出拮抗作用 ,对戊四氮和士的宁惊厥作用均无影响。
Objective To investigate the central effects of pseudo ephedrine and ephedrine.Methods The changes of spontaneous activity were observed,the changes of hyponic action induced by pentobarbital in threshold were measured and the changes of convulsion caused by pentylenetetrazol and strycnine were examined.Results Compared with control group,ephedrine did not affect spontaneous activity in experimental group mice being given intraperitioneally ephedrine and psrudo ephedrine 20、40、80 mg·kg -1 ,the inhibitory rates of spontaneous activity induced by pseudo ephedrine were 75 9%、73 4%、86 5% The ephedrine and pseudo ephedrine inhibited hypnotic action induced by pentobarbital at the dose of 80 mg·kg -1 ,but they did not affect convulsion induced by pentylenetrazol and stryncine.Conclusion There are differences between ephedrine and pseudo ephedrine on central effects.
