摘要
本文分析了现行几何造型系统中的基本体素在面对数控加工应用时所遇到的困难。在分析传统体素的主要缺陷的基础上提出了集成化CAD/CAM系统中体素的设计原则和方法。本文分为四个主要部分:第一部分分析了传统体素在设计和制造中所遇到的困难;第二部分讨论设计与制造一体化对体素的客观要求,从而总结出体素设计的基本原则和统一方法;第三部分介绍笔者提出的体素构造法则及其基本原理;第四部分举例说明造型法则的优越性。
This paper analyzes the difficulties of basic primitives current of geometrie modeling systems, which are encoutered in the application of NC machining. On-the basis of the analysis, the paper proposes the primitive design rules for the integrated CAD/CAM systems. The paper is divided into .four parts. The first part analyzes the defects of conventional primitives, the second part discusses requirements of primitive in the integration of CAD/CAM and proposes a unified method of desig ning primitives, the third part introduces sweeping solids constructive principles, and the last part provides an example to show the advantages of the method.
