摘要
对镁热法制备高纯金属镝进行了研究 ,结果表明 :采用高纯氯化剂氯化高纯 (4N)氧化镝(Dy2 O3)制取无水氯化镝 (DyCl3) ,用镁还原无水氯化镝制得镁 -镝合金 ,再经蒸馏制备金属镝的工艺 ,可以制得高纯镝 ,纯度可达 99 99%。
Study is made of production of high purity Dy metals by magnesium reduction.The results showed that high purity (up to 99.99%)Dy can be obtained by the following process:preparation of unhydrous DyCl 3 by chloridization of high purity(4N)Dy 2O 3 with high purity chloridizing agent;then magnesium reduction of unhydrous DyCl 3 to obtain Mg Dy alloy followed by distillation to obtain Dy metal.
