摘要
山西铝土矿储量 ,截至 2 0 0 0年近 10亿t。虽以A/S为 4~ 7的高铝高硅铝土矿为主 ,但不是普通铝土矿 ,而是(古 )风化壳型稀有稀土或含稀有稀土铝土矿 ,属铝稀 (铝 -稀土 -稀有 )吸附型多元素共伴生综合矿。可利用元素 ,除已知的Al(氧化铝 )和Ga外 ,还有REE(稀土 )、Nb、Sc、Li,以及Rb和V。国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目选矿 -拜耳法解决了利用中等品位铝矿石的拜耳法生产氧化铝问题。以此为基础 ,结合选冶工艺及生产过程 ,利用REE -Nb -Sc-Ga -Li-(Rb) -(V)等 8种 (组 )工业元素 ,不仅可使山西铝工业的可持续发展无资源之忧 ,而且还可为山西铝工业的成功转型和高新技术发展注入资源活力 。
By 2000,the proven reserve of Shanxi bauxite is nearly 1 billion tons.Though the ratio of A/S is in the range of 4~7,it is not ordinary bauxite,but weathered rare and rare-earth or rare and rare-earth bauxite and is of adsorbed multielement paragenitic ore of aluminum/rara-earth/rare ore.Besides Al and Ga,the elements can be used also include REE,Nb,Li,Rb and V.The key scientific research item of Dressing/Bayer process of the state Ninth Five-year Plan resolves the problem of producing alumina by Bayer process with medium grade bauxite.Copmrehensive utilization of 8 industrial elements mentioned above eliminates the issue of less resource for the sustainable development of Shanxi aluminum industry and also provides vitality for suxccessful conversion and development of high and new technology of Shanxi aluminum industry.It has profound practical significance and economic value.
