摘要
本文提出了一种由单片机控制的高精度积分式A/D转换电路,对其工作原理及A/D转换误差进行了详细的分析,并给出了有效的设计原则及补偿方案。实验表明,该电路的分辨力高于2^(18)、精度优于0.003%、转换速度不低于50次/秒,适用于高精度、大量程电容位移测量系统及称重显示仪表,特别是低频动态信号的测量。
A high precision integrating A/D converter controlled by a high performance single chip microcomputer is presented.After a detailed analysis for its principle and converting errors,some valuable design and compensation methods are given.Experiments show that the resolution of the A/D converter is higher than 17 bits,its precision is better than 0.003%,and its converting speed is higher than 50 times per second.It is applicable to the high precision and wide range capacitance-displacement measuring system and weighing displaying instrument.
