摘要
本文利用模拟基准件的概念,提出了一种通过对模拟基准件几何参数的理论计算与实测结果的比较来检验计量仪器或验证测量数据和测量结果的新方法,并用该方法对研制成功的用DQR-1J微机控制的圆度测量与评定系统进行了考核。
Based on a fresh concept of simulant template,a new kind of verification method hy means of comparing the practical measuring results with the theoretical results is proposed.Not only can a measuring instrument be verified,but also measured data or results can be appraised easily by virtue of this method.Also,an application example in the verification for roundness measurement and evaluation is given out.
