摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,运输市场的需求及其变化趋势 ,是运输部门或企业制订运价政策和确定运价的基础 .而铁路运输需求的派生性及空间位移性特点 ,对铁路的运价、尤其是铁路的差别运价有着很大影响 ,分析了铁路运输的派生弹性与时、空。
Under the circumstance of market economy,it is based on changing demand of transportation that the transportation department establish their transport feepolicy and determine the transport fee.Railway transportation is characterized by derivativity and spatial displacement,which impose a strong influence upon railway tansport fee,particalarly on the differce fee.This paper presents an analysis of these characteristis in terms of derivative elasticity and time space speed elasticity in railway transport.
