摘要
数字图书馆是21世纪全球竞争的焦点之一。本文主要论述了数字图书馆的基本概念、特点、国内外的发展情况、目前存在的问题及重要意义。
Digital library is one of main focuses of global cultural competition in the 21st centary. In this paper, the author discusses the elementary conception, the characteristics, the internal and external devolpment, the problem at present and sienalitv of dieital librarv.
