摘要
本文在论述市场条件下公共资源非可持续性利用现象及二十一世纪中国城市发展特点的基础上 ,分析了城市客运交通可持续性发展的原则与方法要点。
The paper discusses the non-continuative use phenomenon of the public resources under the market condition and the development characteristics of the cities in China in the 21st century. On the basis of which, the paper analyzes the principle and the method of the continuative development of the urban passenger traffic.
