作者介绍了一种对铁路空气压缩机运行进行实时监控的系统,该系统由工控机、PLC、压力温度传感器等组,能根据压力的变化对空压机实行自动启停、自动供给冷却水,并能对运行中的参数实时监测,实现故障报警。
The writer introduces a real-time supervisory control system of railway air compressor, which is consisted of industrial computer, PLC, pressure and temperature sensor. It can automatically control the running of air-compressor and supply cooling-water according to the pressure change. The parameter can also be supervised through the process and accident alert can be done.
