摘要
在绿色照明工程中我们将薄膜材料应用于光源和器具中提高了效率 ,改善了特性 ,从而加速了绿色照明的进程。本文主要介绍了用于高效节能光源和器具中的主要薄膜材料 ,它们为红外反射膜、选择性透射膜、保护膜、透明导电膜及光触媒材料等。本文还介绍了这些薄膜材料的机理、制造、特性和应用。
By using the thin film materials on the light sources and luminaries in Green light project,it can improve the efficiency and properties of the luminaries and accelerate the development of the Green light.This article mainly introduces the major thin film materials for high\|efficiency and energy\|saving light sources and luminaries.These thin film materials are infrared reflection film,selective transmisslon tilm,protection film,transparent conductance film,photocatalysis materials and so on.This paper further presents the mechanism,forming,properties and application of these thin film materials.\;
