脑室内注入TRH对大鼠肝脏ATP代谢影响的核磁共振分析

摘要 在大鼠侧脑室内注入促甲状腺激素释放激素 ( hydrotropic releas-ing hormone,TRH) ,利用31P-核磁共振法测定活体大鼠肝脏中的含磷化学物质 ,并观察 TRH对肝脏代谢的影响 .研究证明 :TRH通过中枢神经系统影响肝脏中 ATP的代谢 .由侧脑室注入 TRH,使肝脏中 ATP含量显著增加 ,且呈剂量—效应关系 .此作用由于副交感神经的阻断剂阿托品的加入而消失 .由此可以认为 ,TRH经副交感神经影响肝脏的代谢 . This article use the method of injection of TRH into the big ventricles of rat brain, and make use of the advanced nuclear magnetic resonance instrument to determine the chemical material in the alive rat liver, and study especially on the influence of the ATP metabolism in the liver by the injection of TRH. The results show that TRH can affect the metabolism of ATP in the liver through the central nervous system. After the injection of TRH to the side of the ventricles of the brain, the ATP in the liver were increased obviously, but after adding of atropine which inhibits the parasympathetic nerve, shown a relation of dose-domino effect, this effect was not observed. Thus, it was realized that TRH influences the metabolism of the liver through the parasympathetic nerve.
