摘要
随着市场环境的深刻变化 ,企业结合自身的条件和特点 ,建立敏捷性营销模式是提高企业市场竞争力的重要环节 .企业敏捷性营销模式的建立应以市场为导向 ,以顾客为中心 ,再造营销组织 ,实现营销管理的创新 .由此归纳设计了企业营销管理敏捷性营销模式的结构方案 。
It is the important link of strengthening the ability in marketing competition that enterprises set up the agility marketing model according to their conditions and characters while the marketing circumstances change deeply.In order to building the agility marketing model enterprises must take the marketing as direction,take the customer as center,rebuild the marketing organization,and realize the innovation of marketing management.For that,this article designs the structure programs of agility marketing model in marketing management ,and stimulate the basic principle of realizing the tactics of the agility marketing management.
