摘要
本文综述了近年病毒性心肌炎心肌肠道病毒基因检测的研究进展 ,介绍了RT -PCR、核酸原位杂交等技术在心肌病毒基因检测中的应用 ,并展望了其法医病理学应用前景。
The research advance in detecting enterovi ral gene in myocardial t issue with viral myocarditis was reviewed in this article. The application of m olecular technologies such as RT-PCR, nucleic acid hybridization in-situ in dete cting enteroviral gene in myocardial tissue were also introduced. Meanwhile, the application prospect in the field of forensic pathology was predicted.
