摘要
目的 探讨下颌第一磨牙根管治疗术并发急性炎症的原因和防治措施。方法 通过对 378例下颌第一磨牙根管治疗病例的研究分析。结果 急性炎症的发生与患者的年龄、患牙的病变情况以及术者的操作等因素有明显关系。结论 熟悉根管解剖形态、准确确定操作长度、坚持无菌操作、术中或术后适当用药 。
Objective To study the reason and preventive means of the acute inflammation during root canal therapy of submandibular first molar. Method Through the study on 378 cases of root canal therapy of submandibular first molar, the causes of acute inflammation and their preventive measures were investigated. Results The incidence of the acute inflammation is 27.25%, which is obviously related to the patient's age, pathological changes of teeth and the operation of the dentists as well. Conclusion It is important for the prevention of the acute inflammation durng the root therapy. to be familiar with root canal anatomical morphology, to pursue the aseptic operation and proper medication in the course of and after the operation.
