摘要
三网合一即原先独立设计运营的传统电信网、计算机互联网和有线电视网将趋于相互渗透和相互融合；相应地，三类不同的业务、市场和产业也将相互渗透和相互融合。在对三网各自的特点及现状进行介绍的基础上，分析了三网合一面临的技术问题，重点分析了基于IP的三网合一技术，对各种IP over X方案进行了分析和比较。在对国内外三网合一的发展趋势进行分析的基础上，指出三网合一是必然的发展趋势，同时，宽带IP网络代表了未来网络发展的方向。
The concepts of the convergence of telecom network， CATV network and computer network are introduced in this paper． Based on the introduction of the present status and characteristics of the three types of networks， the technical issues faced by three networks＇ convergence are analyzed with the focus on IP based convergence technologies． The various IP over X solutions are analyzed and compared． Based on the analysis of the developing trends of network convergence at home and abroad， it is pointed out that network convergence is the inevitable developing trend， meanwhile broadband IP network represents the development direction of future networks．
