摘要
本文用一种有效方法对空间微波集成电路中的三维金属结构进行全波分析 ,即使用在微波平面电路中行之有效的混合势方程于三维微波集成电路中 ,并引进复镜象格林函数法对矢量势和标量势进行分析 ,计算空气桥的散射矩阵 ,研究表明 ,节省了有效计算时间。文中还对空气桥结构作更为深入的分析 。
An efficient method is introduced for the analysis of 3-D metallization structures. The mixed-potential integral equations (MPIE) have been used to describe the electromagnetic fields of 3-D metallization structures with arbitrary shape.Complex image dyadic Green′s function method is developed to simulate vector potential and scalar potential. Finally, application of the theory on an air-bridge is given and comparison is also presented between the present analysis and other methods to judge their efficiencies.
