Study on Mutagenicity of Surface Water in Z Valley

摘要 目的 探讨 Z水系地表水主要有机污染物及其致突变性。方法 用 Ames试验及双微核试验对该流域各主要城市地表水有机污染物进行致突变性检测 ,以气相色谱 /质谱 (GC/ MS)联机检测和高效液相色谱技术分析其主要有机污染物。结果 近城市及化工企业的江段水样致突变性较强。 类水质保护区内的采样点未检出致突变性。GC/ MS检出 6 0多种有机污染物 ,其中 a采样点检出间、对、邻硝基氯苯及硝基苯胺、氯苯胺 ;各采样点均可检测出多种芳烃类物质。结论 水质致突变性以 Q段最强 ;J段次之 ; Objective To understand the main organic pollutants in surface water of Z valley and their mutagenicities Methods The mutagenicities of organic pollutants in surface water sampled from sampling points of main cities siting along the Z river and its tributary rivers were determined by the Ames test and the doublemicronucleus test The organic pollutants in water samples were determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and high performance liquid chromatography Results The organic extracts of water samples from Z river sections locating near cities and chemical plants revealed stronger mutagenicities In the organic extracts of water samples from sampling points in 1st grade water quality protected area mutagenicities was not noticed More than 60 kinds of organic pollutants were found in all the water samples by GC/MS,as well as many compounds of polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons 1 chloro 3 nitro benzene,1 chloro 4 nitro benzene,1 chroro 2 nitro benzene,nitroaniline,chlorobenzene were found in water sample from sampling point a Conclusion The strongest mutagenicities of organic extracts of water samples were found in samples from Q section of Z valley,the next one from J section of Z valley,and not found in F section
