摘要
提高公民环境保护意识 ,是西部大开发形势的需要。通过对目前新疆环境形势的分析 ,指出环境问题给社会经济和人民生活带来的严重影响 ;并就提高公民环境保护意识提出的有效方法和措施进行探讨。
To raise citizen consciousness and stregthen environmental protection is need of West development situation.Throuht analyzing present Xinjiang environment situation and point at present citizen environmental consciousness,it points out environmental problem bringing serious enfluent on social economy and people's life,as for raising citizen consciousness,it approaches effective method and measure for strengthening environmental protection.
