摘要
在50具成年上肢标本上观察了正中神经返支的形态,其中正中神经返支以起于第一指掌侧总神经最常见,其次为起于正中神经本干,并采用平面直角坐标系,定出了正中神经返支起点的体表投影,分别在远侧腕横纹中点下方29.2mm、27.5mm,偏桡侧5.5mm、3.9mm;入肌点的体表投影,分别在远侧腕横纹中点下方27.3mm、20.7mm;偏桡侧10.9mm、9.6mm。
Abstract:The recurrent branches of the median nerve were observed in 50 adult cadavers.The recurrent branches of the median nerve were most commonly seen to start from first the palmar digital nerve.Another type started from the trunk oft hemedian nerve.The fiat rectangular coordinate system was used to determine therecurrent branches.Results demonstrated that the starting points were 29.2mm and27.5mm below the median point of the distal transverse line of the wrist,and theydeviated radialis 5.dmm and 3.gmm.The entering-muscle points of the recurrentbranches of the median nerve were 27.3mm and 29,7mm beIow the median point ofthe distal transverse ling of the wrist,and they deviated radialis 10.9mm and9.6ram.It is suggested that the incision was along the line from the median pointof the distal transverse line of the wrist to the median point of the proximal pha-langeal base,or deviated its ulnar.So the recurrent branches of the median nervewere not injured.
