摘要
文章介绍了四川省医药卫生科技项目查新管理系统的特点及功能 :1能够在网上接受查新申请的委托并自动生成数据库中所需内容 ;2能够将 Medline和 CBMDISC等数据库检索出的文献自动生成卫生部规定的查新报告引文格式 ;3查新人员所书写的查新报告能生成数据库的内容 ;4能通过项目编号、名称、查新类别、学科分类、委托单位、委托人、报告日期、关键词、主题词、查新人员等不同检索入口进行查询和检索 ;5针对不同人员的工作需要和使用权限 ,设置了查新项目的分层次管理 ;6系统设置维护和输出打印功能。本系统的使用有效利用了查新工作本身所产生的数据资源 ,有利于查新报告的规范化和查新工作管理科学化和自动化 。
This paper introduced the management system of searching the new literatures of medical science and technology project in Sichuan province from six aspects. (1) It could accept the consigned application for searching new literatures from network and automatically produced the required contents in the database. (2) It could automatically transform the literatures retrieved from MEDLINE and CBMDISC into the quotation form of the searching new literatures report set by the health ministry. (3) The searching new literatures report written by stuff for searching the new literatures could produce contents in the database. (4) It could inquire and retrieve through different entrances of retrieval, such as project, number, name, category of searching the new literatures, category of subjects, commission institution, consignor,report date, key word, subject terms and stuff for searching the new literatures. (5) According to different stuff's work and use authority, setting up the classified management of searching the new literatures project. (6) Setting up maintenance, input and print functions. Using this system could effectively use data resources and be helpful to standardization of the report of searching the new literatures and make management of searching the new literatures work science and automation to effectively avoid duplication and waste in scientific research.
